UoM – Stroke Research
“Thanks again guys, excellent work and I look forward to seeing what else you create for the Geoff Jeff!“
The Brief: We were approached by the University of Manchester’s lead on animal research communications to help bring a unique video project to life. The aim was to create an engaging 8 minute film that highlights stroke research carried out using fish, with a strong focus on the 3Rs: reduction, replacement and refinement of animal use in research. The video needed to strike a balance between being informative for fellow researchers and accessible to the public, making it suitable for social media and wider engagement.
It’s quite a novel concept and, by the sounds of it, one that hasn’t really been done before in this space. There’s potential for the final piece to attract a fair bit of interest. We were excited by the opportunity to explore how we could support such a meaningful and forward thinking project.
