Beyond tasty – this was an amazing experience capturing the spirit of this relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria, following the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples. We spent quality time with their pizzaiolos learning how the dough is mixed, what temperature and humidity is required for it to properly grow, how to source original ingredients, all the way to reaching that 600 degrees Celsius temperature that gets the right pizza.

In the video we follow Ryco – master pizzaiolo, from early morning through the day, capturing the entire process and soaking up all the quirks of the job.
