Beyond tasty, this was an amazing experience capturing the spirit of this laid-back neighbourhood pizzeria and following the traditions and craft of pizza-making from Naples. We spent quality time with their pizzaiolos, learning how the dough is mixed, the right temperature and humidity for it to rise properly, how to source authentic ingredients, and how to hit that 600 degrees Celsius mark to get the perfect pizza.
In the video, we follow Ryco, the master pizzaiolo, from early morning through to the end of the day, capturing the full process and soaking up all the little quirks of the job.
