Who doesn’t want to know more about beer? We all do! And for that to happen, we need to understand the stages of brewing – from roasting hops, through fermentation, shipping and finally… tasting!

Here we spent a day in J.W.Lees brewery documenting the journey of the Manchester Rein – Mission Mars’s first Pilsner, brewed using Reinheitsgebot – german purity law. It was DELICIOUS.
