I am gobsmacked by the quality video. It is exactly how I had envisioned it and I am 100% sure my brief was not easy to interpret. The style is spot on, I love it so much.

The Brief:

We teamed up with Miele Professional to produce a series of videos as part of a wider campaign to refresh their brand’s video presence in the UK and Ireland. One of the key pieces was a showcase for their newly renovated Test Wash Centre in Abingdon, designed to encourage more clients from sectors beyond laboratories to book hands-on sessions with the machines. The aim was to highlight the space, demonstrate the products in action and communicate Miele’s confidence in the quality of their equipment by inviting people to try before they buy.

The second strand focused on Miele’s quality pledges, with a bold, engaging video built around messages like “tested, tested, and tested again” and “built better to last longer”. Moving away from traditional talking-head formats, we used a mix of immersive sound design, real product footage and punchy visuals to bring the story to life. Alongside the main video, we created a series of short social cuts that each spotlight a specific pledge, combining slick animation with real-world clips to keep things both informative and eye-catching. The full package aimed to raise brand awareness and position Miele as a leader in long-lasting, high-performance professional appliances.
