The Brief: We partnered with Health Innovation Manchester to bring their People Plan to life through a series of video case studies focused on real people and their everyday experiences. The goal was to explore what it feels like to be part of HInM, highlighting collaboration, authenticity, and personal leadership across different roles and teams. It wasn’t about ticking off project milestones, but rather about capturing the human side of the work and the culture that drives it.
We spoke to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and positions across the organisation, making sure we reflected the diversity of voices that shape HInM. The tone was relaxed and conversational, giving people space to share honest reflections on their roles, how they work with others, and what makes them feel valued. The end result was a thoughtful, people-focused campaign that captured the essence of the People Plan and the positive change it represents.
